North Shore Library Foundation, Inc. 

Our Mission:
To maintain and augment quality North Shore libraries services through the special generosity of the citizens of the communities of the North Shore and Beyond.

The North Shore Library Foundation, Inc. takes as its purpose, primary focus and considerations of the long-range, non-brick and mortar, finished interiors specific support requests from North Shore libraries boards. 

All request/s are submitted in writing to the
NSL Foundation...
for consideration, review and approval by the NSL Foundation Executive Committee, prior to the NSL Foundation Board review. NSL Foundation Donations, in some cases, are conditional to specific completed projects, use/s and requirements. Each request is individually and solely determined by the NSL Foundation Executive Committee, once request is made.

Donation Request Review Process
The requesting Library must provide they are an official government authorized approved entity, and provide their designated, authorized and accountable individual/s of that entity - individual/s qualified and able to effectively dispense funds in accordance with the NSL Foundation terms and conditions, and agreed to by the Library Board and or their official fundraising entity, in order to receive the NSLF Board review. 

If the donation is approved by the NSLF Board
The authorized receiving entity must agree to, and or have fulfilled all the terms and conditions* set forth by NSL Foundation Inc., prior to fund distribution. 
*Said conditions may be discussed, but the final determination is solely made by the NSL Foundation Executive Committee, prior to presentation to the entire NSL Foundation Board of Directors.
